Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Conemap, operated by Leonyr LLC ("Company", "we", "us").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Conemap is, and what it is not
Conemap is a drafting tool. It helps you draw a temporary traffic control (TTC) plan and computes geometry from the tables published in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 11th Edition (FHWA, December 2023).
Conemap does not provide engineering services. Specifically:
- Plans produced with Conemap are not engineered drawings and are not signed, sealed or stamped
by a licensed professional engineer.
- Nothing produced by the Service constitutes engineering advice, a professional opinion, or a
certification of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that any plan will be approved by any agency. We make no representation
about approval rates or outcomes.
- Where we state that a plan "meets the requirements published in [agency]'s checklist", that is a
factual statement about specific, cited, dated items in that agency's published document — nothing more.
Some jurisdictions require a professional engineer's seal on traffic control plans. California, among others, requires plans signed and stamped by a Registered Civil or Traffic Engineer. It is your responsibility to determine what your jurisdiction requires and to obtain any professional review or seal it mandates. Conemap cannot satisfy that requirement.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Determining what your permitting agency requires
- Verifying every dimension, device, sign and note on any plan before you submit or deploy it
- Obtaining any professional engineer review or seal your jurisdiction requires
- The safety of any work zone installed from a plan you produced
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and agency requirements
A plan drawn in Conemap is your work product. You are the drafter.
3. Accuracy of jurisdiction data
Conemap publishes per-agency requirements transcribed from the agencies' own published documents. Each record cites its source and the date it was checked.
Agencies revise these documents without notice. We make no warranty that any requirement shown is current, complete or correctly transcribed. Always verify against the agency's own current document before you submit. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Conemap.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining access to your account
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Represent Conemap output as an engineered or sealed plan
- Remove, obscure or alter the disclaimer printed on an exported sheet
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the plans and project data you create.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
We do not use your project data for AI model training.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, or as a one-time single-plan purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Plans you have already exported remain yours.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
9. MUTCD and public-domain content
MUTCD sign designs, typical application figures and the tables Conemap computes from are works of the United States federal government and are in the public domain. Conemap's redrawings, software, interface and per-agency requirement records are our copyrighted work.
10. Disclaimer of warranties

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, any plan you produce with it, or any work zone installed from such a plan.
