Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Conemap, operated by Leonyr LLC ("we", "us"), handles your information.
1. What we collect
Account information. Your email address, and the authentication identifier from your sign-in provider if you use one. We do not store passwords.
Billing information. Subscription status, plan tier and transaction records. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) and never reach our servers.
Project data. The plans you create: project name, site address and coordinates, posted speed and other conditions you enter, and the elements you place. This is what the Service exists to store.
Usage analytics. Aggregate product analytics via PostHog — pages viewed, features used, errors encountered. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not use your project data to train AI models.
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your project data with other users unless you are on a team plan and have chosen to.
3. Site locations
A plan records the address and coordinates of a work zone. That is location data about a job site, not about you, and it is stored only as part of the plan you created. It is visible to you, to anyone you share a team plan with, and to us only for support and operations.
4. How we use your information
- To provide the Service and store your plans
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional email (sign-in codes, receipts, service notices)
- To improve the product through aggregate analytics
- To respond to support requests
5. Who we share with
We share data only with the processors we need to run the Service:

We may disclose information where required by law.
6. Basemap requests
When the plan canvas loads aerial imagery, your browser requests map tiles from our basemap provider. Those requests reveal the map area being viewed to that provider, subject to their own privacy policy.
7. Retention
We keep your account and plan data for as long as your account is open. Delete your account and we delete your plans, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, financial records for tax purposes).
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Email [hello@conemap.com](mailto:hello@conemap.com) and we will action the request.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Conemap is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
